Nursing Students Fall 2013! Letters of Offer Anyone?

Hello "allnurses" subscribers!

Starting a thread for any Nursing students heading to class for the Fall 2013 season!

Hopefully this can be a place where we can introduce ourselves as well as the school & program we'll be attending this year.

Today I received a welcome package for the St. Lawrence College / Laurentian University collaborative BScN starting September 2013!

(Previously I attended the Practical Nursing program at Algonquin College graduating in 2011 so I am very excited to continue my nursing education!)

Best wishes for those waiting to hear & congratulations to all the prospective nurses out there. I'd love to hear your offers and plans for 2013!!! :yeah:

Best of luck on hearing soon. Have you checked the Ontario Colleges website to see if an online offer has been posted?

I loved the Algonquin PN program. ****** is an amazing anatomy/pathology prof. So many amazing clinical instructors too!

Which campus of St Lawrence College? I've been accepted to both Brockville and Cornwall for BscN!

Hi! I am currently at the Cornwall campus doing prehealth so I might check some things out there. And I'd like to squeeze in something in brockville since I'm not familiar with the campus there.

Do you know which campus you will pick?

I got accepted!!!! into RPN program at Algonquin College for fall 2013!!! aaah, I'm so happy. I didn't accept the offer yet, because I am still waiting for my 1st choice BScN collab @ Ottawa U. I pray all of you get for ya'll want too. I wish I can just share this happiness through the computer screen for you.

Applied past the February 1st deadline:

Pre-Nursing 2013: Waitlisted

Practical Nursing at George Brown & Algonquin 2014: Haven't received anything yet.

Don't forget guys you can check the OCAS website to see any pending offers!!

I found out I had a pending offer a full week before the letter reached my doorstep

I've an RPN offer and I'm riding the wait list for BScN. Either way I'm going to nursing school in the fall!!
