How do you use outcomes management data to provide efficient, cost effective care for your patients without cutting corners and compromising safety? Can you provide examples?

There is another post just like this, asking the same question that was posted like 30 minutes ago.
What do you think and what are your responses to the questions above? I am happy to help but only after seeing you attempted your assignment first.
Our assignment is to post a question on a discussion board to receive feedback from other nurses about the topic we have read about in class.
Your experience or examples from practice would be beneficial to us.
