Who is joining me in the 7th circle of hell?

This is my last class before Capstone and I am now regretting taking it amidst U.S. History II as that class is an insane amount of work.

So, who will be suffering through this with me?! Anyone??

I have no idea. I'm just hoping we'll figure out our "question" tomorrow so I can get started. This class is everything I thought it would be!

Good participation from two, the other two not so much. I ended up redoing a lot of work but fortunately one other member split a lot with me.

It's not as bad as it looked, but it's not going to be a picnic. Especially this next week.

Just hang in there. The class is as clear as a glass of muddy water and we're all hanging on for dear life trying to make sense of everything. We have a solid group and everyone is a contributor, and I'm thankful I didn't hit the drop button when I got a look at the way Nursing Research is structured. Week one soothed my concerns, but let's just say that if you've got a group that's one to two bricks short of a full load, you're in for a rough ride.

This class is the worst week 2 and I am more confused no help from my group mates 3 of whom are taking it over sigh

We got the opposite...our graded paper was posted to the file share but no grade in our section. How did you guys do?

For a class that keeps stressing the we are "learning a new language" they sure didn't take that into account while grading. They graded very hard!

Yes this week is kind of nuts. Hopefully the OOH gives more answers!

Really wish they would do OOH Monday. I feel like I could have spent time Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday on this "journal club" but I was afraid to do to much before OOH.

I just got our grade today and I wish I hadn't. It is horrible. For the first time since taking classes at UTA, I am wondering what happens if I fail. Not good!

yikes. sorry to hear that...I have some friends in this class that also bombed it... they really want lots of explanations or examples from the article to support your answer...my group got an A- but our paper was several pages long and each answer was 1-2 paragraphs long. week 2 is kicking my butt b/c of all the assignments and how to divide it up. Thank god for an amazing group.

Even with a good group this is so time consuming! We dedicated two people for the search strategy and the other 4 for critique.

Remember you can re-submit for a 70. It's not great but it's not failing either! Hang in there!
