Is there any updated information? I have been in heavy contact with them and am looking at taking their RN-BSN program. I work with a GCU grad and she has nothing but positive things to say, but I want more opinions. ?
Any pro's and cons? Thankfully the only class I'm missing is stats and that is offered in the actual BSN program. I'm a bit nervous as my algebra skills are way old. If anyone took this class, do you have any advice?
Hi all,
I have posted in the other thread and decided to get in on this one too as I will need all the advice I can get. Starting Health Assessment after taking a 60 day break to spend time with my ADHD 8 year old son who started acting up when I was busy with school. Anyone have any advice for this class? Which instructors to avoid? I assume there will be a CLC. I can feel my sanity slipping away already.

Someone tell me the next 4 weeks will not be this bad. I thought Leadership would be interesting, not! It is not leadership, it is management. Snoozefest city!!!
I have worked on a paper all day, and have 500 words (coming from someone who can write a book with each paper), be still my heart.
I admit frequent trips to online sites, checking the board for sounds of crickets (Prism, 2014) has not led to being productive...sigh.

Pretty bland class...Just have my last paper to hand in and it is over with
Boy we are a lethargic bunch this week. Busy? Fried? Distracted? Struggling? What up?
We all need to take a week off, book a 5-day vaca in the bahamas, get some sun and drink frozen stuff with cute little umbrellas in them while we commiserate and re-energize for the rest of our journey. Wouldn't that be fun?! Tokmom, will you be our travel agent? Some of those Groupon Getaways flooding my inbox every week are pretty tempting...
Oh, and no spouses allowed, they just don't get it.
My life is not very stressful..finish my last paper for Leadership tomorrow, and onto Patho.
If ur looking to taking a cruise..Celebrity has many European and Alaska cruises somewhat on sale with their 1.2.3 Go promotion..With some u get all 3 promotions..free classic drink pkg.....Gratuities paid for and $300 onboard credit (OBC).....and if u book with a travel agent (TA) thyy can usually offer a better price and they throw in more OBC! Have 1 cruise on hold for this August!
I think I fit in the fried category!! Just finished week 5 of Community Health. Everything is done, I just need to "submit". So glad it's over. Now, on to another fun class...Stats! Any brilliant pointers for someone who knows nothing about the subject? I did get one of the preferred teachers so I hope she will be easy on me! I bought 2 other books on stats for health care professionals that were mentioned earlier. Other than that, I will give it a try!

Prism, I would love to cruise with you all. We can wear purple and do Lope signs with our hands. hehe. Better yet, come to my state and dance in the rain with me. :)
You guys can do this. I know it's hard. You feel so burned out and brain dead. BTDT. Keep forging ahead. The degree is worth it!!

Beautyonduty, hand in there! I am sorry to hear about your loss, it certainly is not easy doing schooling when your life is not stressful and then add stress or unexpected life changing things and it challenges you. Just hang in there if you can.
