I like Nursing 2006...
RN and AJN are OK, too.
Thanks, I will give it a try.

Depends on your area of interest too. Most specialties have relevant journals.

I like Nursing2006 because their style is light and easy and it contains good information.
I like Nursing Made Incredibly Easy magazine, to keep me updated on my systems is an easy to read and understand style that won't put me to sleep. Although since I've been in school they are just collecting dust in my library, but I vow to thread them when school is done. :)
I like my reading not to read like a textbook or a research journal. Something I can flip through at the gym or in bed at night.

Since I'm still in school I need something really light and easy to read when I feel like closing the text books. Advance for Nurses is probably my favorite for quick and easy reading.

I subscribe to
AJN, RN, and Nursing 2006.
I also am an AWHONN member and get two journals from them.
I find them all worth reading.
I also like Nursing Made Incredibly Easy---easy read and lots of good humor. There is also REVOLUTION---an online journal, that I find very provocative and interesting.
Good luck in your choices. I think reading professional journals is a wise choice.

I have subscriptions to both Nursing 2006 and AJN, but I think the style of Nursing 2006 is more readable. However, they are both good magazines.
