Hi everyone,

Has anyone applied to MultiCare's Oct 2018 cohort?? And have you heard back? I applied when the application first opened and got the email that my application has been forwarded to 2 hospitals. Still haven't heard anything yet...the recruiter said many managers may be on vacation right now.

If you've heard back, how long did it take and what unit was it? My friend had a phone interview with trauma rehab today.

Also, did your applications get forwarded to your second choice as well? Mine only got forwarded to my first choice of specialty.

No i have not heard back just that it got fowarded to hiring manager! Waiting anxiously!

Hello! I applied and only received the email about my application being forwarded to the hiring manager. My status still says "considering". Hopefully we hear back soon! My first choice was for NICU. Best of luck to everyone :)

My first choice was for ED. I talked to a recruiter who said they really only consider your first choice and forward it to two managers :( this definitely changes my expectations, but still hoping for good news!

My friend got hired by trauma rehab at good sam a few weeks ago

Still no word for me. Does anyone know if they reject you, will they update your app status?

Hi,

I applied of Aug 20th and finished the personality quiz later that week as well. Still no email aside from being forwarded to the recruiter. I spoke to the recruiter and said I would be contacted directly by the department manager if selected for an interview.

Do you guys have any updates regarding interviews?

I applied on August 7th and received an email that my application was being forwarded to the hiring manager. Still no other updates for me.

My application still says "considering". I believe the application doesn't close till October 5th, so we may have to wait until then as they review other applications as well. I chose Tele & ER. Best of luck!

Same for me but I applied Aug 8th. No updates on any calls for an interview. Guess they're running behind. I saw that the job opening was now closed for applying

After reading other forums, it seems like their interview/hiring process runs pretty close to the start date. Hopefully we hear something soon because October 29th isn't too far away! Best of luck to all of us!

I applied to Swedish December cohort as well. The most recent update I received was that there is a significantly less number of positions open for December but they will be contacting those who are moving forward for interviews soon.

I applied at UW as well however the recruiter there told me they have so many applications and since I didn't rotate through their hospital during clinical (I went to school in Hawaii), that it will be hard to get into a residency there. :(
