Has anyone applied to MultiCare's Oct 2018 cohort?? And have you heard back? I applied when the application first opened and got the email that my application has been forwarded to 2 hospitals. Still haven't heard anything yet...the recruiter said many managers may be on vacation right now.
If you've heard back, how long did it take and what unit was it? My friend had a phone interview with trauma rehab today.
Also, did your applications get forwarded to your second choice as well? Mine only got forwarded to my first choice of specialty.
Would anyone in this thread be willing to give me some more information in regards to scheduling during the residency program? Many weekends? All 12 hour shifts? Just trying to get an idea for how my schedule would look throughout the full 14 weeks of the program!
