Would it be appropriate to wear scrubs to a nursing job fair at a hospital as I will be going directly from working my night shift to the job fair?

You can if you want to. But I always stuck to dress pants and a nice blouse. There really isn't a dress code for job fairs but they do always say dress professionally, to make that first impression. I think you should bring a change of clothes just to be safe.
Good luck

I, personally, would find a way to change. Business casual will make a much better impression than scrubs.

Wearing scrubs to a nursing job fair at a hospital not bad but may also think for pant and blouse that can suitable in that kind of occasion.
For making a good impression may also go for professionally wearing.

I would try to change especially since you are going after your shift, your scrubs might be pretty wrinkled, dirty, etc.

I would take a change of clothes to work with me and change (and "freshen up" :)) before attending the job fair.

You technically could...however it may not make the best impression on the recruiters.
I'd dress as though you're going to an interview.
Yeah i know that changes should be try for going to Nursing Job Fair like here.
Wearing Professionally is better but Pants and scrubs also good option.
