Hello, can you please give me some ideas on nursing interventions for oversedated patient, I looked up in every textbook that I have, and I can't find anything, also I searched online, but still can't find any. Your help is greatly appreciated.

What would your biggest concerns be for a patient who is over-sedated? What do you think are important things to assess/monitor?
To administer narcan, also monitor vitals, the biggest is ABC's.

Is Narcan the appropriate reversal agent for the sedation?
You are right about the ABCs and checking vitals. Over-sedation can affect respiratory status, right? How so? What specifically would you need to look for? What about mental status? Is the patient arousable? Are they unresponsive? Are they able to protect their own airway? What is the patient at high risk for if they are very sleepy and can't protect their airway?
Not trying to be annoying... just trying to help you think for yourself. :)
Assess for patent airway, Assess for LOC, Monitor pt's SPO2 level, Monitor vitals q15min,
Pt is at risk for sleep apnea?

Why would the patient be at risk for sleep apnea?
Now you are thinking :)
Could this patient be at risk for aspiration? Do they have a gag reflex? If they vomited, would they be able to cough to protect their airway? Aspiration can lead to respiratory arrest.

Not trying to be mean, but you are posting several questions asking about interventions for different situations.
We don't mind helping with homework, but you'll get more help if you at least show you have made an attempt.
Textbooks are not going to list every intervention...this is where your critical thinking skills come in.
Think about your over-sedated patient...what is going to be their major issues? If they are over-sedated, they can't eat...they are going to be a fall-risk, how are you going to prevent that? What can you do to monitor/reverse it?
Also, you need to ask yourself, why are they over-sedated to start with?
You have to understand the full scope of their current condition before you can list interventions.

I know that, and I'm not asking anybody to do my homework, I just asked to give me some ideas, and somebody gave me ideas and from that I made my OWN nursing interventions. thank you anyway.
