Good pop up DOES really works!!!! I took my exam yesterday, got good pop up, and today my name is on the boards of nursing! I'm VERY excited!!!! God is great!!!! Congrats to everyone who took it already and God bless everyone who will take it!!!

I took nclex-pn yesterday on the 7th. I felt like I failed, but when I came home and tried the trick I got good pop up. I'm praying to God to pass, I don't want to re-take it. I had max# of questions 205. I hope that trick works. Can't wait till Wednesday to find out true results.

I took my nclex-pn yesterday and I got a good pop up. I had max # of questions 205. After the exam I felt like I failed. I hope this tricks works, like many of you said I need to try it myself in order to believe it =). I hope that I passed and I'm praying to God so I don't have to take it again. I'll find out the results on Wednesday.

I know that, and I'm not asking anybody to do my homework, I just asked to give me some ideas, and somebody gave me ideas and from that I made my OWN nursing interventions. thank you anyway.

you'll have clinicals twice a week or once a week probably. Clinicals are fun and you get a lot from them. Congratulations on your acceptance!!!)

I would choose A, because the first thing you do is you check your ABC's and vitals and then the rest. For urinary output - you have to monitor pt for I&O to know that the pt is having decreased urinary output.

Assess for patent airway, Assess for LOC, Monitor pt's SPO2 level, Monitor vitals q15min, Pt is at risk for sleep apnea?

To administer narcan, also monitor vitals, the biggest is ABC's.

Hello, can you please give me some ideas on nursing interventions for oversedated patient, I looked up in every textbook that I have, and I can't find anything, also I searched online, but still can't find any. Your help is greatly appreciated.
