If anyone else applying for the nursing corps scholarship 2015-2016 is anything like me then you've been googling like crazy trying to find out information on how to apply or what they need or even previous years winner. Soooooo.....if anyone is applying this year around or previously has and was or wasn't accepted please tell me your experience! Here are my stats PLEASE share yours if you'd like....

Hi guys, I'm new to this thread but I'm glad I found this thread. I received my Congratulation Email earlier this week. I will be attending NYU's Accelerated Nursing Program. I'm still in the process of getting all my forms in, but does anyone know how the schools get notified and what the process is like with returning the loans you have accepted. My financial aid for NYU was due earlier this month so I had to accept some loans but I spoke to a representative from HRSA who said I could just return it as soon as I'm cleared. Does anyone know how long this process takes. I start school on the second week of September and am moving from Pennsylvania to NY so my mind would really be at ease if this gets worked out before September. Anyone know anything about what the next steps are from here?
Hey guys, I'm in final review as well. I got a credit check on the 29th of July I believe. I got the email August 8th. I submitted both my W-4 and enrollment verification. I had to upload my W-4 as a different program and not as a pdf. It was too larger to submit as a pdf and the site kept prompting me. Hopefully that won't be a big deal
I'll be at Holy Family University in Pennsylvania. I heard from the admissions counselor that another student also received the scholarship.... and I'm wondering who it is.
Oh congrats everyone. I'll be attending drexel's accelerated program in Philly. Not to steer away from this forum but I think it would be good to create a group for everyone to stay up to date and communicate throughout the experience - like a support line :) Not just accelerated programs

my friend who also received the congrats email created a facebook page.
So, is it pretty safe to say that all possible candidates have had credit checks so far? Those of us who have not gotten a credit check are probably out of luck, right?
