If anyone else applying for the nursing corps scholarship 2015-2016 is anything like me then you've been googling like crazy trying to find out information on how to apply or what they need or even previous years winner. Soooooo.....if anyone is applying this year around or previously has and was or wasn't accepted please tell me your experience! Here are my stats PLEASE share yours if you'd like....

I checked my email and I got the notification of being selected for the award!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got the email at 11:07 pm last night, so yes it could come in at anytime of the day. Creditkarma checked on July 29th. I am so thankful and to all those who are still waiting to hear something, I just want to tell you from my own long journey and process I went through to never give up hope and GOD has not forgotten about you. Please keep pushing through any struggle you may come across, do not get discourage it won't last for long.
RNlife6 I was wondering the same question maybe I should call to ask too that is a good idea and how long before we know what is next after submitting it. I just have to wait until my school signs the form so I can submit it all.
I am new to this forum. I just got an email this morning at 930am requesting the W-4 and other documents, due by August 15th. Since you already turned in the W-4 can you tell me more about that? Do I turn in both sheets? or just the slip with signature at the bottom?
The whole page? After the personal allowance worksheet it says separate here and give form W-4 to your employer. Sorry, I am just nervous about messing any of this up. So, did you cut the certificate and scan it in that way?

I scanned the whole thing back in. I believe that NURSE Corps is considered the employer so we are giving it back to them anyway. This form is just for tax purposes. Someone correct me if I am misinformed.
I submitted my W-4 form and signed it electronically on Thursday. Friday morning I got a call from my reviewer and was told it needed to be signed by hand and resubmit. Only the first page is needed since I asked her as well if she needed the second page. You only have to fill out whatever is after the "Separate here and give…". No need to cut it out or anything. Just fill, scan, and submit!

Sorry I just now saw this. I just turned in the first page as well. So did another girl I know who got the email as well. Hope this helps!
Wow last night around 11pm I was thinking to myself "oh no they wouldn't send out emails this late it's a Friday who's at work at this time.." Little did I know lol. Congrats everyone!
I'm still waiting and praying. It's hard to not get excited every time my phone rings or receives a notifications ðŸ˜
