Are you eligible to write CRNE? Has your education been evaluated, in that you are a generally trained nurse?
What province are you looking at moving to?
All of these factor into an answer. Depending on where want to relocate to, the chances range from miserable to fair. There are areas where new grads can't find work and only very specialized nurses are being hired.

As mentioned a lot of factors need to be taken into consideration. Definitely seeing less jobs advertised here in NS although several show in for Halifax however advertising a job doesn't mean easy to get as preference to locals and seniority does come into play. For many just getting foot through the door is working as casual.

The collective bargaining agreements for nurses are available online. You can google something like "nurse union alberta" and then you can search for the union agreements.
But even if you do find the pay structure you still have to take into account the cost of living for each area. Canada is a huge country with diverse local economies.
And then of course is the matter of immigration.
