A thank you email. But in October for ER nurses week, they do usually do nice things like lunch, cake and tshirts.

We got a water bottle and some chocolate. I'm fairly new but management seems to really come through in supporting the nursing staff on the floor.

We got two different lunches, one from management and one from the ED docs/residents. We also got some thoughtful food gifts from different EMS services.

We got lunch paid for by our docs, a gift bag with fun scented soaps and a cute travel bag from our NM, a cake cutting ceremony from our command, and an ice cream social sponsored by the MEDDAC higher-ups.
Last 2 years, I was at a huge hospital and got nothing. Big improvement.
