hi..some people say u have to stay there at least 3 years, while some people say u can move anytime but really until now i havent read anything an official statement regarding that matter.. but anyway, i'll try my luck there since quebec has given me a chance and accepted me and be part of their community.. who knows, i might like it there or maybe i might move also somewhere else in the future.. Nothing is certain in this life.. iF plan A doesnt work for me, then theres still PLan B, C, and so on..
It would be more difficult to move to another province since nursing is not on the FSW list for the other provinces.
But if they have PR ( we know Quebec has an agreement with the government re skilled workers) then once they have met Quebec requirements and have resided for x amount of months they can move to another province with no penalties. There may be penalties if leaving Quebec early
So poor old Quebec is going to be used as a back door into Canada.[/quote']Yes people, there is a reason other provinces aren't offering immigrant status as easily....
They are already over saturated with nurses. If you want to work in Quebec then great but I think it's a shame people are using it as a backdoor into Canada.
