  4. agree.. i also read that article.. im just wondering what nurses who previously passed nclex, can they used it? i hope so!
  5. @jfrn, how are you now.. i mean i want to ask what is your current status in quebec as a nurse, i dont know much about your background, some post here are old.. i have question, re: registration for oiiq, what are the basis if you are going to undergo 40day integration or 5-6 mos course, does applicants from the phils. automatically takes up the 2nd option? because, the course is expensive right??
  6. most people see it that way because of the language factor which is FRENCH but if you want to take it as a challenge , give it a try only yourself can tell you if you made the right decision..and if you are already there plan what is your next step...

  10. thank you so much guys for all the inputs.... i'll be travelling this spring, lets see how it goes ..im not reallly sure what to expect in quebec but i'll give it a try and see for myself...
  11. no, im not but im learning the basics and im staying in montreal. i heard they offer some free french classes. i just knew one nurse there who are already given temporary license as an RN. but nurses should pass the french exam with in 4 yrs to have a fulltime license.which i heard is very difficult. But all things are possible if u put ur mind and heart into it..
  12. hi..some people say u have to stay there at least 3 years, while some people say u can move anytime but really until now i havent read anything an official statement regarding that matter.. but anyway, i'll try my luck there since quebec has given me a chance and accepted me and be part of their community.. who knows, i might like it there or maybe i might move also somewhere else in the future.. Nothing is certain in this life.. iF plan A doesnt work for me, then theres still PLan B, C, and so on..
