Anyone have any links to good articles or cases on Nurses violating HIPAA? I'm having some problems finding some that happened in New Jersey.

Since HIPAA is federal it should not matter what state the cases come from.
I know, but it's for my paper. The professor wants examples that happened in New Jersey.

I don't live in NJ, but try the search engine. Put in HIPAA NJ or something, you can do that here, Google, or askjeeves. If you post in the NJ section you may get better hits. I hope I was a little help. Good Luck to YOu!!!!

Weren't nurses in Jersey fired for HIPAA violations when George Clooney had his motorcycle accident and they looked at his medical record?
