Nurse Residencies in Charlotte, NC

Hi!

I'm applying to nurse residencies at Novant and Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with these programs. What the interview process looked like, how you like the hospital, etc?

Especially, what pay do new grad nurses at these hospitals start at?

I'm also still waiting to hear back from Novant after a late Jan interview! I'm going crazy.

I like a lot of specialties so I told them I was open to most tracks except psych- those nurses are angels, I couldn't do it.
