Hey everyone,

Does anyone know if forgetting to put your application ID on some of the other supporting documents automatically makes you ineligible or disqualifies you? Also when did you all start hearing responses on whether or not you received the award or was disqualfied?

Hey EBordoley, I am not sure if it disqualify you but it may slow down the processing of your application. My advice would be to call HRSA tomorrow to verify this info. Hi nurse Emily I saw your comments on other posts as well and was wondering if I could ask you a question. I feel as if you would know it more than the answers I saw so far. Do you know how long after an application goes into final review, do we hear back from HRSA for a confirmation of receiving it or being denied the award. I would really appreciate your help, thank you so much!

I don't know of anyone who was denied after receiving a finalist notification and submitting there documention on time. The only reason I believe someone would be is because their situation changed from what it was when they applied, like they went from full time to part time. Last year it took about a month from when I was notified to when my contract was signed by a HRSA representative. It was at that point that I as change to a participant and recieves more information. I hope that helps!

Your most recent cumulative GPA. Use the overall GPA that's on the most recent school transcript you'll upload when applying.
