Still hopeful and praying for all of us. Just to update anyone that applied for both scholarships. I got this email today: Thank you for applying to the FY 2017 National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Program. The NHSC Scholarship Program received over 4,719 applications and awarded 181 scholarships. Regretfully, you were not selected to receive a scholarship.

Anxiously waiting.... I know the first wave of responses was on Aug 11 and maybe some people got emails on Aug 14/17/18? Has there been no emails since Aug 18?

How do you know when the site goes down?

Based on last year, The first rounds of emails went out on July 26 and July 29. After the July 26 round of emails went out someone called and they said only 1/3 of recipients got emailed. Groups of people in 2016 got emailed again 8/9, 8/12 and then more people reported getting an email scattered all the way until mid september. If people dont respond in time or dont sign the contract then more emails will go out. So there will be more rounds. Also, It seemed like there was a pattern of the application portal being shut down the night before emails went out I know it sucks to wait, but there is STILL SO MUCH HOPE. Stay positive, we got this. Praying for all of us

I got a credit check on 7/26 from credco but it doesnt say from nurse corps or anything, but I did not get an email today. The first rounds of emails went out on July 26 and July 29.
