Hi Everyone,

I didn't see a thread created for the 2019 Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program yet. This will be my 3rd year applying. I'm applying as a staff RN with a HPSA score of 17. Hopefully, they open the application cycle soon.

we don't have as many people commenting on this thread as compared to previous years ... maybe that means less applicants and more chances of being accepted? haha. wishful thinking.

I was kind of thinking the same thing. There have been significantly more people posting in the past. I'm also hoping we start to see some people get credit checks soon.

I applied last year and again this year and still no credit check. Last year I had already had one credit check so either their behind or they just aren’t giving out much ??? gonna hope their just behind

Has anyone received an offer? I don't check my credit because, well, I can't handle the truth right now.

Lol. No I don’t know of anyone who has received an offer email on nurse corps. You are actually the only person I know that has even heard from NHSC. I’m still crossing my fingers though!

I had multiple checks by Credco, this year, but not last year. But my score decreased to 13 from 17, so I have no hope. RN HPSA 13 I think, D/I 180%. 2nd year in a row applying for NELRP.
