Is anyone else anxiously awaiting the 2017 cycle opening?

I have applied several times and praying that 2017 is my year. I'm tier 1 - not faculty and not an NP.

Is anyone else out there?

I finally got a credit check. It posted today on Credit Karma. It's dated 5/18.

New to the board. I am a nurse educator and applied this year. I have a credit check from May 18 and was assured from Credo it was from HRSA.

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that a credit check does NOT ensure receiving the grant. Can someone confirm this please?

Nurse Faculty get up to $40k right?

Same rules and amounts apply for everyone on this grant. There is a separate grant called the Faculty Loan Repayment but the rules and requirements are different. That amount is $40k.

This year is different, still no credit checks from NP's?

I am an RN Tier 1, DTI 160% I think. No credit check this is so different than previous years. I applied last year had a check in April. I have had an updated Credit Karma report yesterday and still no check. I would say I am out of hope, and need to just move on.

dont feel bad everyone. CRNA here, over 210% DTI, 15 tier 1 score, and nothing checked yet. we still have time. lets get the morale up.
