Hello to anyone taking this also. I understand this is a busy course. I am currently trying to find out what the reading assignments are so I can get a jump start as I am doubling up with 4520 (Health Assessment) also. There goes my summer..but next summer...I will be done!
d2bsn, Yes...cancel all your appointments and be prepared to spend a lot of time doing homework. It is a lot of material to cover in 5 weeks. Start your homework on Sunday and read as you go along. Hopefully you will have a good T.A. Good luck! Once you finish that class you can take a sigh of relief. Also set up your proctored exam early. I suggest taking your tests on Friday. Gives you time to complete homework, take the test and identify areas you need to study for the exam.
Thanks for your hints, e31056. That's kind of what I thought, unfortunately.... I used to be decent in math but that was a LONG time ago. Also I know of someone who had to take this class 3 times! Intimidates me! At least a C for this is passing, right. Doesn't require a B like nursing classes, I believe I heard. Fortunately, I can do proctored exams at my hospital library. Me2006, I am not starting stats til the end of August, not July 1. If you have any good info to pass on I'd love to hear it. No grades on mine yet. Best wishes to everyone!

That is crazy!! I have never seen anything like that, but I did have one woman in my section for another class who would correct grammar and APA errors on other people's discussions in her replies.
