Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

i'm also planning on taking the ncelx in november. am putting it off until then because i want to use suzanne's plan. i've been hard at work doing her first tip and have come to the end of that. in the meantime, before i get her next tips, i plan on studying the book, prioritization, delegation & assignment by lacharity, etc. we did a review at our school, too, which i hope to be able to review. i don't know if i can do all of this -- don't know how much time it will take to do suzanne's plan.

any ideas for making this forum extra helpful?

i really appreciate the fact-throwing forum.

keep studying! (but remember to smell the roses!)

Please include me in your prayers for NCLEX LVN. I am scared cause I went to RN school but am taking the LVN test (long story, dont want to go there).

I have done kaplains online questions and NCSBN questions. However, I still have this little voice in the back of my head saying you cant pass this test. I am blocking it out as much as I can, and am turning it over to GOD. If its his plan for me then I will pass. My test is Nov. 25th. I have done all these questions and feel I know nothing! Please keep me in your prayers. Any other suggestions are welcome.

You are all in my prayers!

flamingopink please try and stay positive!! i personally could'nt get fail fail off my mind for the first few days after i took the pn until i realized god would'nt have gotten me through nursing school if he didnt feel i was capable of passing.. hang in there be sure to keep us posted on your testing experience

It's hard, but try to stay positive. Don't let that negative voice get to you. Stay positive, and strong and tell yourself that you WILL do this and you WILL pass and you WILL be a nurse!!:icon_hug:

hello everyone i know this is a tid bit off subject

i have a question today i received a thin letter from the bvn. my heart dropped as i opened it. enclosed was a letter that stated i needed to submit a certified copy of a police report of an incident that occurred 3 years ago however when i sent my application in to sit for the pn exam i submitted certified court copies of that incident and of a traffic ticket.my thing is did i pass and they need additional documents?? because i would'nt think they would have sent this letter if i didn't pass and would have waited until i did pass to ask for them. i really don't know what to think at this time. has anyone received a letter from the board requesting additional documents and passed??

Thats weird? Usually they dont even let you take the test if thats not all cleared up? I have had a couple of friends that have had mix ups with state board regarding silly things like wrong middle name etc. It was just entered wrong. I am sure its just a mix up, because they would not of even let you take the boards if your criminal check was not clear. I would call them and see what you need to do, if they do need the report the police station should still have a copy. I am sure its fine just call them and see what you need to do .Maybe they have the certified copies you sent but just need a copy of the police report in order to release your license.
