Hi Everyone I started this thread for all the November California Nclex Test Takers Waiting For Results. I know we are all on thin ice with all the anxiety and frustration waiting. and since we dont reside in a state with quik results, I thought we could share our experiences, and approximately how long did it take to receive results (Pn)and (Rn):wink2: Thanks everyone!!

Hi everyone!! This is my first posting on allnurses.

I took the NCLEX in SF on Tuesday... I left the exam in tears. What an awful experience!!

Based on advice from this board, I promptly went home and did the PVT trick, which gave me the "good" pop up message. I can't begin to describe the relief... I didn't realize how extensive the stress was until I was releasing some of it!!

For the past few days I have been nervously checking the BRN website to see if my name pops up. Today, it did :)

My exam stopped at 75 questions and I was CERTAIN I failed. I feel like I 'guessed' on over 50% of the questions. When I drove home I had one of the worst feelings I have ever felt in my life.... I'm still scratching my head over it. I don't understand what the NCLEX is supposed to be evaluating. I'm happy that I passed, but I would much rather be able to study for something and feel confident going into it, rather then having such a dark cloud of doubt lingering over the entire experience. Meh.

Well, thank you all so much for being here and sharing your experiences. It really helped me through this part of the journey! And best of luck to those of you still working it out.

as long as you have a ssn you go to the cabrn website and look up your name under verification of license. if you have no ssn then no license will be issued and you will not see name on website

is there anyway to verify if somehow i did not get the letter from them personally? i took mine on nov 12 and up till now i did not receive anything..i know someone who took it on nov 9 and she got it on nov 26..

Hi I took the exam Nov. 17. already have the letter saying I passed from cda calif. but the thing is I have can't find my name in the rn.ca. site.. im freaking out.. and in pearson it only says dilivery sucessfull. should I worry about this or im really just nuts...

Do you have a SSN and if you have did you submit it with your application?

Can we revive this thread for all those awaiting results from California BRN? Has anyone else received the results from the mail and when did you take the test? Thanks!

hi.. i just received my certificate today in the mail.. :yeah: i tested on nov 30th.. saw my name on the CA BRN website dec 3.. received my pocket card on the 5th.. it was quite fast.. i think.. i was expecting to wait at least a week or two.. but i guess the job search will be the challenge.. how about u? goodluck to everyone.. :heartbeat

whats the pocket card? So i have a clue once my mail arrives. I have to hold if theres a HARD card inside my mail..I saw u have a philippines flag.Im filipino also.took my exam in cali.how about you?

im filipino too.. and took the exam here in ontario, ca.. the pocket card is the license card itself.. without any picture.. hehe.. i just used that term coz that's what they called it in the information sheet they mailed me together with the certificate.. so when did u take the test? it's so nice to find kababayans here.. :yeah:

xxjjccbb: im so happy for you. :)) I took mine on Dec. 3, 2009 at 2pm.:)) Anyway, Im so still nervous for my results. Hays.Its actually my third take.The first two takes are 75 items. And then this recent was 120 items. I hope i pass this time....
