Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.
I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.
My friend is on her second semester already and she told me that the shoes required have to be white leather or else you'll get in trouble..the shirts I'm going to order it online and I bought the bottoms at a uniform store by my house
Can they have laces? What brand does she reccomend? I saw these really cute shoes from nursemate i read a ton of reviews about they apparently they are supposed to be really comfortable.
What really? So they are now going to tell people later? I know they were going to tell us in the end of June/beginning of July if we got it. Do you how many people applied in the last week or have left to interview? Did they tell you anything else? When was your interview??
Hey yes i had my interview May 30th and that day i actually asked when we would find out and the lady told me that had just started interviews the day before (may 29th) so they had a lot of people left about 100 or so and when i called this afternoon Stephanie i think her name was, told me that the deadline to apply was the 15th this past saturday so they are reviewing everyone that has applied before that day and the day of the 15th and they will still conduct interviews until they are done with everyone so everyone for nova should find out by the middle of july. Im not sure how many people are left for interviews or how many have applied but i guess its a good chunk since they cant tell us till mid july :$

Oh okay thanks! That sucks, I was really hoping by the end of june beginning of July to know. I guess I will have to wait more! So much of our future is riding on this!
Its kinda hard to tell what the committee is looking for. All I know GPA does'nt cut it. They are looking for that well rounded student who can excel and shows alot of potential. Sudents who work or have family that works for baptist have priority. What do you think? How strong of a candidate do you feel? Any volunteer or working experience? Anything you feel makes you stand out?? Good luck to everyone!
Hey guys, i got a call from Lourdes yesterday saying that they wanted to set me up for a panel interview. I missed the call so i called her early this morning and she set me up for this Thursday @ 4:00PM. They had told me initially that they would have called me early July. I would say not to count on the timeline they give because apparently, things are always changing.

Do you think they will be letting us know earlier if we got the scholarship??
