Nova Southeastern University Entry Level BSN?

Published

Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.

I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.

Thanks everyone in advance! :)

Still no word :(. I plan on calling them tomorrow though. I just didn't have the time today. I sure hope so and thanks for your encouraging words!!!:)

Did you ever talk to them??

Today is the deadline...I have checked my email about 10 times already this morning even though we prob wont find out for another week or 2...guess im just super anxious lol best of luck to everyone :-)

Girl you are not alone! I am super excited when I check my mailbox and my email. You never know whats going to be inside.

lmao yup :)

During orientation they brought us to a computer lab where we waived ins. But you can only waive if you have health insurance. I am a vet and go to VA so even though I have no health Ins i receive free medical care from VA so i waived it. You have to have your ins card on you b/c you will need to fill out all the info on the computer. Again this is done during orientation, atleast last semester I know it was.

Hey quick question how do summer classes work? Are we required to take them? Do baptist scholars work or do clinicals for baptist over the summer?

Hey quick question how much did your tuition equal up to for your first year?

Im not sure how babtist works. But i can tell you that you will always have classes even during summer. And you NEVER get to pick and choose classes, schedule, teachers, nothing. It is always assigned to you

1St semester is upwards of $8,000

Which = $24,000+ a year

Man it makes you wonder if its worth it.. versus like FIU OR FAU for half the cost...

Are you talking to me? You dont know anyone else what? Yeah I did the background check and registered for orientation, all I am missing is the Immunization Records and turn in the Florida Resident Paperwork that I will probably turn in next week.
