Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.
I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.
Thanks everyone in advance! :)
All tests are MC for A&P. But do not think for a half second it makes it easier because it does not. Never study just vocab either you need to understand how and why. Something is and how and why it affects something or is affected by another. Very confusing lol sorry
No I understand, that means you really have to know why things happen in the body not just information. :)
It sucked!!! If you fail a course you can not continue right away. I would be in 2nd semester now but since i failed and they do not offer A&P in summer i have to wait. Ill take A&P in august then start 2nd semester with those who also start in august. Its ******
So will you be a whole year behind?
Ok as far as math goes... they teach and expect students to use dimensional analysis to solve the problems. Students who did got confused easily. I refused to do it and continue doing math my way. All the students i helped understood and passes easily. I was only one to get a 100% on every test my way. I think math is a joke. I got an A in college alg, stats, trig/calc. So if anyone needs help ill be happy to teach you the easy way.

So its mostly word problems?
Hi every one! So I am a bit lost here. I was accepted back in March but other than my acceptance packet and request for Fl resident info, haven't heard from the school at all. I see everyone talking about scrubs and books and classes etc... and with the program starting so soon I can't help feeling I am missing something. Have you guys been contacted or are you just getting a head start (which is brilliant) based on info from here/friends already in? Thanks!
