Hi everyone! Just wanted to know if there is anyone who has applied to NSU's Entry Level BSN program RECENTLY and got in. I want to apply for Fall 2013's program. What was your GPA when you applied, how hard was it do you think to get in overall, just any personal experiences with your application journey.
I have a 3.691 currently and have taken Anatomy 1 & 2 with labs and got A's. Now I'm taking Microbiology and getting a B currently, will I be okay? Still have Chemistry and Human Growth and Dev. to take in the spring.
Thanks everyone in advance! :)
You have to wear white shoes. You will have to go to davie campus 3 days a week for A&P anyway and there is a store on broward and 70th just east of university that does the scrubs cheap. They know what and how the embroidery needs to be as well. Also make sure to get the lab coat because you will need it for classes.

Chuli83, thanks for your feedback on the interview. It's really helpful and you are so right...what is meant to be...will be! I have been praying already..lol and i will be sending my application in next week. I wish you the very best outcome!!!
Good luck I will also be sending in my application next week, the only thing holding me back is my personal statement. :) Good luck hopefully they call you soon.
Congrats to everyone accepted. Let me warn you A&P is noooo joke! Start studying now! I got accepted and I had a 4.0 was an EMT, FF, Spent 13yrs in the army. I got 3 A's and a C this past semester. Unfortunately a 74% is considered failing. I will be in your A&P class. I actually am already studying 5 days a week. If you have any questions on your courses please ask.
Did alot of students fail? What is considered passing rate??
Yes!!!! Between both campuses I would say easily 25% failed the course. You have to have 75% to pass I had a 74% they give no extra credit and it is crazy hard!!! You have anatomy 1 day a week and physiology 2 days a week. Usually it was 1-3 or 3-5. Unless u fail a test then every wednesday after 1-3 class you have to stay for extra class from 330-530

Wow a 74 and you needed a 75% to pass that must hurt. So other than anatomy will you take another class? Am asking because I heard you will not be allowed to continue if you fail any classes. Did the other students that failed, will they stay in Nova or did any drop out?
How are the test, multiple choice, matching, short response or a combination of the two??
