Hi everyone!
I haven't seen a post about NSU's Entry-level BSN program for Fall 2015 so I decided to start one. If there is another thread that everyone else is on, please let me know! I double-checked to make sure there weren't any posts hiding but I could be wrong.
Anyway, I am waiting for my final transcripts to be sent to Nova. Other than that, now it's just the waiting game and I'm super anxious. They wont be calling people until Feb or March probably. I finished my AA with Broward College this December. I underestimated application deadlines and the application process to get everything together so unfortunately I will have a semester off from school.
I also applied to FAU's Traditional BSN program. I have a thread about that as well if you also applied to that school. You can jump over to that thread by clicking here
If all else fails I was thinking of just going back to Broward College, possibly their North campus.
If anyone has any stories or advice/knowledge about any of these programs, please share! If you're an applicant to NSU as well, good luck! Hope we get the responses that we want.
Hi everyone, my name is Alexandra. I've been following this thread since the moment it started but did not think of joining until now that I finally got asked to interview. My interview will be at the main campus on April 21, anyone else interviewing on this day?Congrats to all that have accepted already! I'm sure your level of anxiety has gone down to the floor. Any advice for the interview as far as what questions were asked and what to study for? Any advice is greatly appreciated :-D
Hey guys!Has anyone done their vaccinations?
Yep working on that now :) I have an appointment on Friday to get my TB test, physical and have the form filled out (hopefully) I will also need to get my varicella antiobodies titer since I had chicken pox as a child...so they'll probably have me get some blood work done...it's a lot! lol
Ok, so I had my interview today at the Miami campus!!! What a day!!! I just want to reiterate what everyone else has said about the actual interview. It is SO laid back! Sorry for all of the exclamation points; I am a bit excited For some reason I thought that I would be able to take a break in between each section of the exam, but that was not the case. By the time I had reached the writing section, I was falling asleep. Anyway, I ended up with a 78% on the exam. I was thrilled! I was shooting for an 80% and was so proud I got so close to my goal. Now I just sit and wait
