I haven't seen a post about NSU's Entry-level BSN program for Fall 2015 so I decided to start one. If there is another thread that everyone else is on, please let me know! I double-checked to make sure there weren't any posts hiding but I could be wrong.
Anyway, I am waiting for my final transcripts to be sent to Nova. Other than that, now it's just the waiting game and I'm super anxious. They wont be calling people until Feb or March probably. I finished my AA with Broward College this December. I underestimated application deadlines and the application process to get everything together so unfortunately I will have a semester off from school.
I also applied to FAU's Traditional BSN program. I have a thread about that as well if you also applied to that school. You can jump over to that thread by clicking here
If all else fails I was thinking of just going back to Broward College, possibly their North campus.
If anyone has any stories or advice/knowledge about any of these programs, please share! If you're an applicant to NSU as well, good luck! Hope we get the responses that we want.
Good Morning everyone!!! I just received the notification yesterday that I was accepted to the Miami campus!! :) I just submitted my seat deposit this morning!!! So excited!!! Good luck to everyone who is in the process of applying/interviewing!

Thank you Adrian!!!!!! So I am finishing up 3 prereqs this semester, but I submitted my application end of January (I was told to submit my app as soon as drop/add period was over), heard back for the interview February 19th or 20th, interviewed on March 5th and heard back yesterday! :) I would definitely recommend calling and confirming that all your materials were received, etc. I actually called mid February and found out that when I submitted my application initially it was "mis-coded" in their application system! So glad I called and got it sorted out for review!

I spoke with a representative a few days ago, and she assured me that they received all of the necessary documents. I'm stuck playing the waiting game
Yes just like Samantha said, call! Yesterday I called and that's when I found out that I was accepted. This morning the VIP page updated and I got the email! Good luck to everyone

Sami, destiny and belky first and foremost congrats! you guys must be ecstatic about this opportunity, like Adrian said we are playing the waiting game. I usually check my email every 5 minutes to see if I gotten any notification, at this point we can't give up. All my chips are in the table aswell for nova and I'm pretty optimistic we will get the call and/or email, I know Adrian since miami dade and he's a brilliant student there is no doubt he will be an asset to the program. As far as the individuals that got accepted I can't wait to embark on this journey with you all and once again congrats!
hello Every one I am a sophomore in college and I want to attend nova in the fall for nursing my overall gpa is a 2.3( because I failed anatomy 2 twice) but Im retaking it now in hopes of receiving a grade forgiveness and raising my gpa to a 2.75 and my overall gpa to a 3.0. I am a licensed cna and Ive already finished the rest of my prereqs with B's or higher.
What do you think my chances are of getting in for Fall 2015?
