Nova Southeastern University Entry-level BSN Fall (August) 2015! (:

Published

Hi everyone!

I haven't seen a post about NSU's Entry-level BSN program for Fall 2015 so I decided to start one. If there is another thread that everyone else is on, please let me know! I double-checked to make sure there weren't any posts hiding but I could be wrong.

Anyway, I am waiting for my final transcripts to be sent to Nova. Other than that, now it's just the waiting game and I'm super anxious. They wont be calling people until Feb or March probably. I finished my AA with Broward College this December. I underestimated application deadlines and the application process to get everything together so unfortunately I will have a semester off from school.

I also applied to FAU's Traditional BSN program. I have a thread about that as well if you also applied to that school. You can jump over to that thread by clicking here

If all else fails I was thinking of just going back to Broward College, possibly their North campus.

If anyone has any stories or advice/knowledge about any of these programs, please share! If you're an applicant to NSU as well, good luck! Hope we get the responses that we want.

Hey, I don't think so because so far there have only been 2 groups that have been interview.

Hey carlita305!

I don't think picking the later date will ruin the chances of being selected for the program. Destiny13 is right, there have only been a few groups who have gone so far. If you choose the later date, the school will just have interviewed a few more people before you. If you choose an earlier date, you might get your answer sooner like NurseTica who chose an earlier date.

A part of me would push it back because I would feel so unprepared BUT I would go with the earlier date and get it over with. I'm too anxious lol.

So its safe to say that they are emailing and calling people lol. Everytime I get a notification from Gmail my heart races!

Have you heard anything yet cmocta?

Not yet Destiny13 :| I'm hanging on a thin thread of hope right now lol. It's still March so it's too early in the game to give up.

Which campus did you apply to?

@NurseTica a 76 :unsure:

Thats good belky. Thats a very good score.. people average 68 so not bad.. you will get in dont worry

Thank you NurseTica! Fingers crossed! :)

Thank you NurseTica! Fingers crossed! :)

What campus did you apply to?

What campus did you apply to?

Miami Campus.

@destiny13 i applied to the main campus! I'm so sorry i just realized you asked me before and i didnt answer.

It's okay, if anything just give them a call and ask what the status of your application is.

Yes I'm going to call tomorrow. I'm nervous just to do that! lol

Also, i got an email today saying that there will be an online chat tomorrow for students interested in the program. The chat is tomorrow from 5 to 7 on the website I think. I'm going to try to go to that too.
