I applied to Nova's Entry Level BSN program today for Fall 2012 semester and thought it may be helpful to start up a forum.

Has everyone finished their perquisites? Does anyone else have a not so competitive GPA (like me)? Does anyone know who is considered a competitive applicant? Where is everyone else applying?
I look forward to speaking with everyone and hopefully entering the Fall '12 class together!
I tried to do my background check and it asked for a pin #. I was told once the fees are paid, I would get an email with the pin #, but I have yet to get it. I paid my fees on Monday. Not sure how long it take.
For all of you that are going to the Ft Myers campus, here is my e-mail [email protected].:) I was looking at the booklist and it says FALL 2010 booklist.. do you think that these are still the books that they want us to get?
Leandrito, All you have to put is your info. It takes only about two days. They will send you an email notifying you that your background check has been complete and the form has been sent to your school. And get to it no excuses. I want you to be part of our 2012 Nova Entry level program. Lol. :) Please keep me posted. :)
zulygrass... i havent received the package yet.. i have done anything lol.. next week is my crazy week i guess how does the background thing works?.. do you have to put the info or just your social.. how long does it take for the copy that need?
Hi purpose_driven,When did you pay your fee? The reason why I am asking is because it took me a few days to get my pin. Actually your pin will be on your VIP page. Right where the step of the background check is that's where they will put it. Hope this info helps. :)

Zulygrass, I don't see my pin on my VIP page, I only see my package number, and I already paid my fees...

I JUST GOT AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL THIS MORNING!!! omg I am so happy, I haven't been able to breathe for months!!!! according to the email, I should be receiving my acceptance package within a few weeks!!!! I've been crying for like 10 minutes lol

Weird question.... Was your acceptance email actually sent Saturday morning or did you just happen not to read it until Saturday morning???
You'll see its not going to take that long. I think it took about a week for them to give me mines so I am sure it will be the same for you too. :)
