I know some people have already interviewed for Nova's nursing program starting in winter due to the fact that the fall is full... So, I started a new section! Good luck to everyone who has already interviewed and all that are still applying! Keep us updated!!
niko.m227, for me it took less than two weeks to get an email. It took about 9 days for them to receive my transcripts and then two days later I got the email to register for the interview. However, other candidates said it took longer. I believe it all depends, how fast they get your transcripts and review your application.
Thank you, Nurse2bVenus! I thought reading and math were going to be my worse, but it was the writing and science, which completely shocked me! Luckily, we already know what to expect and can better prepare ourselves. I am going to apply tonight! I wonder how long they will take to send us an email for the interview? Since we're still far from the application deadline, maybe they'll take longer ? I haven't taken the HESI, all I know it's a 5 hour exam, so I assume it covers a lot. I believe it does not cover physics, from what I was told. When will you be taking the HESi?
I haven't scheduled my appointment with Broward College. I live in Miami, but I guess if we are accepted with Nova we will start Jan 2017. So I decided to relax and take off the summer. What's is freaking out is the exam. I don't how how study for the Reading Comprehension. I applied last week and also re sent my transcripts. Let's hope for the best. I also applied with Barry and they accepted me for the pre nursing. That doesn't guarantee acceptance in the nursing program, I'm applying to MDC as well. Basically everywhere. Lol one more thing Nova removed the Tofle, don't know why that showed on my application. I called today. That's an English exam bc English is my second language, but they already fixed it. It showed on my appl. But it doesn't make any sense. I have my Aa in Pre Nursing.

BuenosDiaz, I heard back but I did not get accepted
the good news is that I can re-apply for the Winter 2017 term. I thought I was going to have to wait another term before re-applying. They told me I am a step ahead since I know the process, that I just need a better score on the Kaplan. Hopefully this second time around I will do better and will be able to join you all in the winter!! I'll keep you all updated when I get the interview date :)
