I recently had an interview at a daycare center. It was very different than I would expect because I was not asked any questions one would imagine being asked at such an interview. The interviewer basically told me about the job, went thorugh my resume (which the interviewer was impressed with), showed me around and then asked if I had any questions. He still has one more person to interview before making a decision.
Does the lack of questions mean they have already likely made the decisions and are interviewing as a formality? Or were they impressed with my resume.

It's impossible to tell. All you can do is wait.
Good luck!

I don't think they would show you around the center if they weren't SERIOUSLY considering you. I worked at a daycare center and they did the exact same thing to me during my interview! They did ask a lot of questions, though. Then they took me around and said that they had more interviews. I bet you they don't have any more interviews! I later found out that my center did not have anymore candidates that they were seriously thinking about hiring. I don't mean to get your hopes up, but it is something they say so they can discuss it with other people who work there.

Sounds like they just plan on making their decision based on your resume (qualifications and experience) and their first impression of you, rather than how you answer standard interview questions.
Have you heard back?!
