Northlake/El Centro Spring 09

Anyone waiting to get accepted for the Spring 09 ADN program at Northlake or El Centro out there?

I know that letters (snail mail) is not even going out until 10/15, but it's killing me. Five more weeks until we find out. I feel like my life is on hold.:banghead:

It's D Day or as I like to call it - HAPPY LETTERS BEING MAILED OUT TODAY - Day:D

I'm growing old just waiting on this*&^% letter. My life is on hold. I'm not interested in the classes I took this semester to keep busy. I'm ready to drop everything if I get accepted.:clown: I can't focus on work or school. I'm obsessing, I know, but it is what it is and I have to work hard to not think about what if.

Good luck to everyone! I hope we all get in. Please post AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR LETTER, and tell us all the details - where will you be at El Centro or Northlake, any details to us that are still waiting.

Oh my goodness, I'm so nervous!!! I held my breath as I checked the mail today even though I knew it wouldn't be in there yet!! There was no big envelopes so I looked through the small ones praying for nothing from El Centro!

I couldn't stand it any longer. I called Kanora's office. She's out today in Jury Duty and so I called Patsy. Patsy said....Everyone got a letter. I asked - we all got letters weather we got accepted or not? - yes. I may be reading into this, but maybe everyone who applied got in! I'm trying to think positively. Still stressing and getting sick to my stomach. This is ridiculous!

My 1st phone call to Patsy- I asked if the letters went out yesterday - they did. I was so nervous, I didn't ask if they were mailed in the am or pm. I live in Dallas, so I hope my letter comes today so I can stop this insanity of obsessing and move onto something productive.

Everyone gets a letter letting them know if they got in or not. I'm praying for a thick package (that is not just my application back!!!)

I got in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Northlake Campus (my first choice)

The lowest gpa at El Centro capmus was 3.73 with 13 credit hours with 3.23 gpa and hesi of 89.36.

Northlake- 3.47 with 17 credit hours with 3.24 gpa and hesi of 82.98.

I am so excited!! Who is going to be joining me?

Congrats! :yeah:I did not get in. I had a 3.6 with 14 general support hours. :cry:

Was Northlake not an option for you? I had a 3.6 too!

It was but I guess I didn't have enough credit courses. I only had 14. Now it doesn't make sense if the first tie breaker is 3.46...?

what did your letter say? Are you sure you put both campuses on your app?
