Northeastern University Direct Entry September 2016

It's a little early but I just wanted to start this to see if anybody has heard from Northeastern University regarding an interview or decision. All posts about the school/application and acceptance process welcomed!! Looking forward to hearing from some people!

Just got a call today from the Director of the Direct Entry Master's program and got accepted to the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner track. It took them a week after my interview to let me know! Good luck to those who applied and I'm willing to answer any questions anyone has!

Has anyone not heard back yet? I applied to the neonatal specialty and still haven't heard anything... Definitely thinking I didn't get in but figured I'd see if anyone else was in the same boat as me!

I'm still waiting for neonatal as well! Admissions told me that neonatal was the last to begin interviews and they're still actively looking (as of last week).

I'm so jealous most of you guys already got calls and interviews. i still haven't heard from them. I applied for the Acute Care Track, which doesn't seem to be very popular. I just hope i get at least an interview! This wait is killing me

Hi guys! Congrats to everyone who's been accepted so far and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for those still waiting. I've officially committed to Northeastern and will be attending in the fall for their Traditional Direct Entry FNP program! I'd love to connect with anyone else in the same boat. Hi everyone! I was accepted last year to the Direct Entry On Campus ABSN and Psych Master's track program! I deferred my acceptance and will be starting this fall 2016. :) I think we should start a facebook group soon!

Is everyone who has not heard something's application status on the Portal "submitted"? My portal says "submitted" and "congratulations your application is complete". I had an interview so I know that the application went through but I'm just nervous because I haven't heard anything back regarding a decision.

@capegirl2 They said official letters go out two/three weeks after you interview. And overall, people should be hearing back within the next week or so because they said decisions go out in early March. I wouldn't lose hope!

I'm in the same boat!! I've emailed them, because some people already interviewed and got accepted into the program! They told me that they are still reviewing applications. This wait is horrible. Hope to interview soon!
