North Shore LIJ ED/NICU/PICU Fellowship 2013

Hello Everyone!

I have recently interviewed for the ED/NICU/PICU Fellowship at NSLIJ and I wanted to get some feedback about the program from past or recent nurses in the same program. Also, it would be nice to connect to other applicants out there who are going through the process!

How did your interview go? They told me they only pick 10 candidates so let's keep our fingers crossed!! Sounds like an amazing experience and I'm so grateful to had the chance to interview.

Yes they called yesterday and told me that I was chosen and they had an offer for me. She will call back formally next week with the details...

Good luck to you...I am sure they haven't called everybody yet and hopefully you get that phone call very soon!

How come no one called me. Is everyone a new graduate.

I am a new grad and got my license in March.interviewed for the fellowship a few weeks ago. Hang in there and keep applying non-stop! We are all bound to land a little something! Good luck!

has anyone gotten a rejection call yet? or have they only called the people who got the job?

I interviewed for this fellowship two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a call or email about whether or not I got the job. Am I the only one? When should I call to follow up? They said they'll let me know by Friday of last week. I'm getting really nervous. I just want to know already

How many people was interviewed for this position?

I think about 30-40 people and they picked 10. There was a total of 355 applications from what I have heard!
