Congrats to all of us that were accepted to the nursing program at either campus for Fall '06!!!!

I'm going to be at the NLC campus! See you in June for orientation!

Also, congrats for making it to the next semester to all new 2nd - 4th semester NLC/ECC student nurses & congrats to the graduates! :balloons:

Grades were just posted yesterday......test 1 had a 80.94 class average.

I wonder if that's just for NLC or all of the 1st semester?????????

(I may ask that today.) lol

I agree with Fun. One person's success or failure has nothing to do with another person's. Also, watch out for self-fulfilling prophecies - if you THINK you will fail, then you probably will (so don't think that :nono: ).

I am all kinds of happy overy my 86. I just hope my test grades stay that good at least, if not get better.

Well, one question was thrown out. I have an 88 now. :D Maybe one more can be proven wrong. hahahahaha

I did my shift assessment check-off today. I know I passed, but I won't know the score until Monday.

CPR recert today as well....and week 5 is over! :monkeydance: :monkeydance:

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I went to the cardiologist yesterday, and the diagnosis?

I’m skinny.

The doctor said I have a slender chest cavity, so things are more spread out. He ordered an EKG and echocardiogram just to make sure everything is okay. I have partial right bundle blockage, but it is fairly common and nothing to be concerned with. I have to go back next week for the echocardiogram.

"skinny" is a good dx!

Heh - I have diagnosed a few skinny people! Their xrays just look a little different than "the norm" - and anything not "the norm" gets a referral.

Hmmm....I haven't looked at the calendar to see exact date but it's 2-3 weeks. I am trying not to think about it really so time will pass.
