Good luck to everyone!
I HAVE A CAREPLAN QUESTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do we put anything about the IV meds administered by the RN on a nursing dx of "risk of infection"?
For example:
Administration of Ampicillin 2G q 6 hrs IV (by RN) at 0900 and 1500 (D)
I'm not sure if we are even suppose to put IV meds on the DX form because we didn't administer them.
Thanks in advance! :pumpiron:

I would put all info there. So the instructor can see that you know what's going on with your pt' s care.

Well, I passed the test. I'm still disappointed though.
I thought I did better than my grade told me I did.
Oh well....off to work on my Major Care Plan that is due Monday!
Good luck once again!
