NO SHE DID NOT WALK INTO CLASS WITH a RED THONG CLEARLY SHOWING UNDER HER UNIFORM!:smackingf

no he didn't just document and I quote "the patient passed a turd"

hahaha. that is awesome.

"no she did not: schizophrenic pt on psyche ward says he can walk on water: nursing student pours a glass of water on floor and told him to go ahead "

hahahahaha That's hilarious

I once asked a patient who had a double mastectomy in the past where her bras were....she promptly replied "oh, I don't have boobs."

no he didn't just document and I quote "the patient passed a turd"

No she did not just give a fleets douche!!!

I was in clinical with a girl who gave a Fleets enema via the wrong placement and ended up giving the lady a douche. Funniest part was she said the patient was laughing the whole time & she could not understand why. Duh! The nursing student told the woman she was going to give an enema.:chuckle

No she just did not.......ask the instructor in front of the entire class that if you circumcise a newborn does that mean his member won't grown anymore?

She is an older lady so obviously she has either not seen an uncurcumcised member or she is messing out in one area of her life.

Specializes in ICU, Telemetry.

No she didn't....

...try to poor a liquid med down a trach. Happened, the pt was A/O and freaking out (no kidding) and I was walking by the room and stuck my head in, hearing the pt making all kinds of noise, beating on the bed rails, etc., as a brand new RN's pulling off the O2 blowby with one hand and has a med cup full of tylenol liquid in the other.

No, she doesn't work here anymore...

No she didn't...

...use a bedpan for a morning bath because she couldn't find the basin (I swear it wasn't me)

...interrupt lecture (OB) and go on for 10 minutes about her own personal views about abortion (to which the professor told her that she might want to work in a different department)

No he didn't...

...raise his fist to me (oh my... what do I do now? I can't give up - I'm going to have difficult patients... I must continue on!)

...ask me to kiss him while I was giving him a bed bath (same patient)

...did not try to grab my boob the next morning (same patient)

LOL - gotta love 'em. They certaintly keep it interesting!

OMG....is she seriously that stupid?? What the hell was she thinking?? Thank God you walked by and see this. She must have missed that part in lab during nursing school

Oh no she did not... trip over a patient's newly placed PEG tube, causing extreme pain and nearly pulling it out of the patient!

Said pt. was sitting in bedside chair and PEG tubing was stretched across the floor and attached to a foley bag hanging from the bed frame.

Thank goodness the patient was ok, the site and PEG tube was assessed and the sutures and PEG tube remained intact. :smackingf
