A minute into the school day, the mother of a student calls and states: "I just dropped XX off. She said she has a sore throat. Can you swab her?"
No. No I can't.

This will soon be a reality for my campus. We have about 12 schools with a telehealth program right now, the rest of us will be getting it next school year.

And this is why we're here.....to encourage people to take their kid to the doctor.
Telehealth is amazing but our district's parents aren't fully on board with usage yet. We have a group of parents whose kids are in and out of Medicaid and do not have private insurance.... there's no good way to invoice someone for this service.

This is the questions I have about - insurance. In my state, telehealth isn't always covered by Medicaid, which so many of the students that could benefit for it have.
