Yes...it took me almost two weeks to find out. It took my friend who took hers on the same day at the same time as me, 3 weeks to find out she passed. The results seem to be coming out a little faster lately but I know a girl who took hers a couple weeks ago and it took her 2 weeks to find out. The board is really inconsistent. Just take some deep breaths. Check the boards website every day but try not to dwell on it because you will make yourself miserable. Good luck.

The format will change in April and will begin having calculation questions...They were being piloted...I know the NCLEX will now be heavy with pharm questions....I wish everyone luck for those that sill have to take it...and Congrats to those who have passed....I took it when it was still paper and pencil and over 2 days...

My girlfriend just called me from her cell phone after taking this test, and was a wreck. She could hardly speak, she was so jittery and nervous. I tried to calm her down, but nothing worked. Her test cut off after 75 questions and she was sure the world was coming to an end. I just think it's funny that all you girls get so stressed out so easily and so intensely.
Regardless, I went on the internet and found links like this ... and all of the girls I saw that got cut off after 75 questions passed. I told my girlfriend this, but she still doesn't buy it. She's going right home to her computer and is going to check that website to see if she passed every 10 minutes. haha ... yeah, every 10 minutes.
Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em. You girls are too darn funny.

Well, we aren't all girls. If you were in our shoes you would understand how we feel. Even those who get really good grades in nursing school still feel like crap after the NCLEX. I was sure I had failed. Luckily I only had to feel that way for one day because the next evening I found out online that I had passed.
Give your girlfriend a big hug and tell her you are proud of her.

Took NCLEX today. Switched off at 136. Is that a bad thing? No calculations or new type questions. Pharm, orthopedic and priority. I thopught it was a very strange exam but I am UK trained. Practiced lots of questions befire the test but still feel I failed. Oh well!!!!!!!!!!!

Saw your post from last July. Mine shut off at 136 as well. Did you pass. I am frantic. And of course I would be from one of the states you can't get a quick result.

Hi, I took NCLEX for the first time this month on the 12th and passed with about 162 questions. Alot of people I know who passed had about 75, so I thought mine would be shutting off around there or around 100. So, I thought for sure I was going to be in for the whole 265 deal. I did good in school on tests, just nervous about the big one. Someone I know passed recently with 265, although someone else failed with 265, so I guess it's hard to judge. I found out only 48 hours after by looking on the web. I would say though, the less questions you have the better. I'm sure you did fine!! Good luck!! :)
Yes I passed and have been working for 9 months here. So 136 turned out to be lucky for me. Michigan got the results to me in 48 hours so I didn't have long to wait!!! Good luck to you!!!
