Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

hi @andy_rn. kings college hospital. how about you? have you sent all the documents to london or did you let omanfil send it for you? :)

hi @lg_loveliegrace and @puccafied. have you received feedback from the nmc?

@blopress my ob gyne has signed my declaration of good health but her email address is in small letters. also, she used her trodot before affixing her signature on top. she used the diagnostic center's dry seal for the stamp part but it was placed at the bottom of the page and not in the box coz their seal is too short. do u have any idea if this is ok? coz i am thinking of just finding someone else to sign the declaration.

Hello! My school has sent my papers yesterday and that's the only pending requirement that needs to be sent. I have tracked the other documents and it has appeared that it has been received. Hoping it won't take time for them to assess my application.

On what stage are you in?

@blopress I havent sent them yet.. How about you? Does omanfil send documents to uk? My employer is UCLH..

Can i send the declaration of health and 2 references in one mail? Should they be enveloped separately?

@thesportyscribe mine too. The dry seal was outside the box! I dont think they will be to strict on that. We can hope! About sending the documents together, it was just the agency who told me to send them all three together.

@andyrn yes. Both ASC and Omanfil provide "free" courier services to uk. They also follow it up for you. Talk about convenience! AFAIK, thru backreading this thread and asking the agencies, you may send the three documents together (school, good health, references). Just to make sure,i had the school papers separated with the school's own envelope. It actually came like that, sealed and ready for shipment.

Where did you place your other forms(references, good health)?

In a separate folder. Yes, i did use a folder. I used paper clip for each form to be exact. And then I placed the three docs in one package and then was sent to my agency.

Hi guys.just submitted my online application in my NMC account. Then when i checked, the PRC docs were noted "this document has been received. I also have verification of license from KSA. When i checked the tracking number. It already reached the NMC but it wasn't indicated yet that they received the docs...do.i have to call them to follow up?

It takes them about 2 weeks to get the forms from the mailbox officially scanned onto your application. They won't notify you about anything so you can always call to confirm.

Good evening

Hope everyone is well. I am currently helping my girlfriend who lives in China prepare for her IELTS and CBT. She works as a nurse and intend to gain the experience to transition to UK.

My understanding is that the following documents are required as part of Eligibility Check before commencing to CBT and finally OSCE

· 1 year work experience

· IELTS (all 7.0)

· Passport

· Birth certificate

· Qualification certificate

· 2 employment references

· Police clearance certificate

· Good health declaration

· Transcript of training

I would be grateful if somebody can confirm whether the stages are in the correct order i.e. 1.Eligibility Check, 2.CBT and 3.OSCE

Thank you

Hi. For the eligibility phase, all she needs is the IELTS TRF number which of course she achieved 7.0 in all bands, a declaration of good character and health and her passport number. Then, she'll receive an email stating she is eligible to take the CBT. Other documents will be on the assessment phase after she passed the exam and pay the assessment fee (£140). Hope this helps.

Hello guys!

Does the NMC needs to receive all the documents before they start the full assessment of our application? Because I have tracked the forms from PRC, declaration of health and references and these docs actually have been received by the NMC but there's no update yet on my NMC account.

Hope per to hear from you soon. Thanks!

Definitely. They have to scan every document you've sent them and it should be reflected into your account. It usually takes 15 days for all of your documents to be scanned and filed in your application. As for me, all of my documents were sent to the NMC last week of February only to find out that my account has just been put on assessment queue last April 28.
