In a separate folder. Yes, i did use a folder. I used paper clip for each form to be exact. And then I placed the three docs in one package and then was sent to my agency.

@thesportyscribe mine too. The dry seal was outside the box! I dont think they will be to strict on that. We can hope! About sending the documents together, it was just the agency who told me to send them all three together. @andyrn yes. Both ASC and Omanfil provide "free" courier services to uk. They also follow it up for you. Talk about convenience! AFAIK, thru backreading this thread and asking the agencies, you may send the three documents together (school,good health,references). Just to make sure,i had the school papers separated with the school's own envelope. It actually came like that, sealed and ready for shipment.

I think it would be better for all of us to have our decision letter sent to us prior to our departure to uk right?

@andy_rn i have inquired via email regarding the references. A senior nurse or clinician may fill it up for you. Yeah. What happens if you get denied of registration and you are already in the UK? That would be unfortunate!

@Beione Log on to your ireg.nmc.uk. account. Once you are in, you will see the homepage. On the upper left corner, below the nmc logo, you will see the home icon and the "My NMC" icon with its drop down menu. Click on the "My NMC", then click on the "My Personal Details". The os candidate id starts with c1000. Hope this helps.

@thesportyscribe I don't know about the stamp though. What I did was I had the declaration of good health signed by the medical practitioner at the diagnostic center accredited by my agency. (Since i underwent the physical exam under their service). They stamped it with their own logo. On the other hand, a friend of mine had his form signed by a doctor who is also currently working on the same hospital. He used the stamp of their hospital.

@thesportyscribe yes. Your obgyn can fill the declaration of good health form. AFAIK any medical practitioner can fill it out as long as he/she is not related to you, or you are not employed by him/her. And yes the stamp means the dry seal. If there is none, a letter of explanation with the doctor's letterhead would be necessary. Yes. You may send all the other three documents together provided that all the forms from your school are sealed in their own envelope, as per my agency. That is why you need the extra school envelope. For the thrifty peeps out there, you can have your documents sent by your agency (ASC and Omanfil, i dont know about IPAMS can anyone verify?) PS i understand that there is a note that states the school docs must be sent by the school itself. I have clarified this and as long as it is sealed with the school envelope, it is good to go. @charee10190 was your osce date sent via email? Did nmc call you for clarification? Was your references and employer also called?

Hey! I also had the same problem before. I believe there is a "Forgot Password" link somewhere. You just have to reset your password. It worked for me. PS Double check if you are entering in the right website. It should be ireg.nmc instead of the nmc website.

The CBT was somewhat manageable. There were some basic questions, most of it tested the critical thinking ability. There is a test blueprint available for download in pdf format. I advise you to backtrack this thread as some posted pointers, specific topics to review. Hope this helps and goodluck on your exam
