Should IVT license needed in the application? Or is it just optional?

Hello everyone! To anyone who are here in the UK. I just want to ask how I can get a GP sign my Declaration of Good Health? I mean, do I need to ring the reception/surgery to book an appointment? Will it be like a regular booking appointment (which takes approx 10mins) or will it be a special booking that might take hours for examinations?

Hi, book a regular appointment and bring the Health Declaration form with you and kindly ask your GP to fill it out. Some GPs charge for it, e.g £20-30.

are there any applicant here from Addenbrookes - Omanfil? how long did you wait for your COS?

Hello guys, I am a newbie here. Been reading the comments as far as August of last year. I have passed the CBT and have sent the references from my senior nurses, the declaration of good health from a doctor in my current hospital -- all three documents with dry seal from the hospital -- and the documents (NMC form, TOR, RLE, course description) from school. What's left here in the PH is the document coming from PRC as it will be available by the 27th. I am yet to click "submit" on my NMC portal online.

My questions are:

1. I don't have ways of finding out what was written on the form that my school sent to NMC. Will I be having problems if the data, online and in the document, don't match?

2. I had my NBI clearance done April 7. I didn't know that it will only be valid for 3 months. Considering its validity, do I need to take another one by May before I submit my online data? Or this one is good to go? seems like a stupid question but I'm really worried of having future problems with my application.

3. Do decision letter and CoS have expiry dates?

Anybody under Omanfil who's waiting for the CoS? :o

I'm from Omanfil...Addenbrookes. Was advised that ill be deployed on march 30 but up until now i still dont have my CoS...how about you?

A friend passed his ielts around august/september and flew to UK (also for Addenbrookes from Omanfil) first week of January.

Hi! Im with Omanfil but under King's College Hospital. No update on CoS yet but was told that target date for deployment is May. :)

i already have my DL since Feb. they told me that the next target deployment would be on may 4, but up to now i dont have a COS
