just put the date you are entering the data. Like if you're finishing the form, the date will be today.

Nope, I was waiting for it when last week I had a feedback from them that they need some more information from me, they want me to upload my Police Certificate again as the one I uploaded had a poor resolution and they want me to be examined by my physician as the one I gave to them, the doctor did not tick Yes to the box that says I have been examined. So, I'm trying to sort that out since Monday but my GP here in the UK is giving me hard time. So I'm trying to look for a private doctor to fill out the form and have me examined.

Hi ! I've been waiting for my DL 66 working days already since my documents were placed on queue... I tried calling them but the answer is to wait ... I'm starting to lose hope now. í ½í¸ž

For the stamps in the form: Are they talking about the dry seal? Is in case a dry seal, For the GP, does he need to have a dry seal? Or just the ordinary stamp?

In case a dry seal, just make sure to indicate your GP's License number... Either dry seal or stamp..

how about the reference letters? Does it need to be dry seal or stamp can be accepted?

Yes although if stamp is not available ask your referee to make a letter thatno stamp is available.. Indicate his/her license number and signature in the verification letter.
