Anybody here who took the Pearsons Vue NMC exam? How was it? TY!

@UK Gal and @kizmwah. I just created my nmc account three months ago and I just took the cbt last Friday. I dont understand what went wrong. I was not expecting my application to expire so soon. Yes Im going to give them a call on Monday morning.

Anyone here under OMANFIL and KCH?

I received a text message this morning which reads exactly like this: "Still waiting po ng COS. Your deployment moved on October. Thanks!" I was shocked because i didn't know I was lined up for deployment already. After all, I have just submitted my documents and NMC is yet to confirm if they have actually received my papers.

This was my response, "Noted. However, I don't have my DL yet. I'm still in the assessment phase. Will I still be deployed even though I don't have my DL yet?" They replied YES!

I'm quite confused on how this will work? Is it really possible? Will I work first as a healthcare assistant if this is the case while I'm processing my NMC application? I'm worried because there might be some inconsistencies in the papers I submitted to NMC. I asked OMANFIL if there is any contract coming from KCH and they did not respond. -_-

Hi. Im under OMANFIL-UCLH. I heard that, KCH, like UCLH, are deploying nurses who are still waiting for their DL. While waiting, nurses will undergo training for the OSCE and also work as an HCA.

I got interviewed last April. Took my cbt on May. So I finished my nmc forms mid June and NMC informed me that they started my assesment last July3.. Actually, I got my certificate of sponsorship from my hospital and I am scheduled for my visa already. I have not received my DL yet but gladly, my employer, UCLH, deploys nurses even without their DL yet.

We'll undergo training and have lectures in prep for the OSCE and might work as an HCA first while waiting. :) Hope this helps!

NMC have updated the application portal. You can now view when they received your documents and can even see the time..

Do you also happen to know if they've fixed the issue of submitted documents randomly disappearing from the portal? I know I (and I imagine others) have had trouble with this before I got my DL.

I know it can be solved via sending them an email, but the additional delay is bothersome.

mine was delivered 7 days ago. and i still havent received any confirmation if they got it.

this message is all i have on my nmc account

"Thank you for submitting your application. We will contact you by email once your application has been assessed. We aim to assess your application within 40 working days and commit to doing so within a maximum of 70 working days from entry to the queue."

it will take 10-15 days before it will show into your account that it has been received.

I have submitted my application but did not receive any e-mail like this from NMC. SHould I be worried?

With the new update in their site, it says my docs were received last August 7. Does it mean that the assessment of my papers already started? Anyway, the status of my application is still "Submitted." Will it change to "Assessment" or any other term if they start checking my papers already?

that is not an email from them. That is the message on the online portal. If they received all your docs last August 7 it means that they put u on assessment on that date. The only thing that you can do is to wait for their decision.
