Hey guys, I'm not sure if it only appeared today in my NMC account or maybe it was all there all along and I wasn't to keen to notice it, but there's a statement which says [h=2]More information required - feedback[/h] above the table which contain the data when my documents are received by NMC. Does it mean anything? Thanks a lot.

I have submitted my application but did not receive any e-mail like this from NMC. SHould I be worried? With the new update in their site, it says my docs were received last August 7. Does it mean that the assessment of my papers already started? Anyway, the status of my application is still "Submitted." Will it change to "Assessment" or any other term if they start checking my papers already?

Anyone here under OMANFIL and KCH? I received a text message this morning which reads exactly like this: "Still waiting po ng COS. Your deployment moved on October. Thanks!" I was shocked because i didn't know I was lined up for deployment already. After all, I have just submitted my documents and NMC is yet to confirm if they have actually received my papers. This was my response, "Noted. However, I don't have my DL yet. I'm still in the assessment phase. Will I still be deployed even though I don't have my DL yet?" They replied YES! I'm quite confused on how this will work? Is it really possible? Will I work first as a healthcare assistant if this is the case while I'm processing my NMC application? I'm worried because there might be some inconsistencies in the papers I submitted to NMC. I asked OMANFIL if there is any contract coming from KCH and they did not respond. -_-

Yeah, your NBI is still valid. You should use that one. With regards to COE, are you still employed? I think the form is specifically asking for the stamp of the medical practitioner and not the hospital institution. A post in this thread mentioned something about stamps acutally referring to trodats.

Hello again! I need to unlock my online application form for I have to edit some details. It's already in a read-only copy format. I have e-mailed NMC about this but have received no response. Any tip about what I should do? Aside from this, how can I contact NMC through call? I want to directly ask them if they have truly received my papers and why is the status of my application still 'submitted'. Thanks and love to you all!!

10-15 days for both the online and postal submission? I'm quite worried because the telephone number written by my referees are incomplete. They did not write the area code and country code in their contact numbers like one of the subscribers in this thread posted/ instructed. I'm quite anxious if such lacking detail will cause my application to be delayed or if I will be asked to submit a new properly filled referral docs. -_- hope this won't be the case. For those who will take CBT, I think you can download a free pdf of the royal marsden online. I was able to DL the one with instructions for nursing procedures. I didn't know before that there is a student version of the handbook which I've heard is a question and answer handbook. Try doing so if you want to avoid spending some cash. Hehehehe.

Guys, I would like to clarify something. In the Overseas Registration: Supporting Declaration of Good Health, can we ask any doctor to sign? Even if he/she is just a resident physician as long as licensed? The street name, etc. is referring to the work institution and not the personal data of the physician right? Another thing, does the email address on the referral forms and declaration of good health refer to the healthcare institution's email address? Or does it pertain to the referee's individual e mails? Hello Everyone! I have been following this thread for a while and it has been really informative and helpful. I'm an applicant in KCH via Omanfil and just passed my CBT last month. Earlier this day, I paid the 140GBP for the assessment fee. I have downloaded these 6 forms: 1. Overseas Registration: Form to Accompany Transcript of Training 2. Registration Training Areas Reference Form 3. Overseas Registration: Registration Authority Verification 4. Overseas Registration: Reference Form for Employer 1 5. Overseas Registration: Reference Form for Employer 2 6. Overseas Registration: Supporting Declaration of Good Health I sent the first one to the institution where I graduated. They will send it back to me for me to personally mail the forms to NMC. I went to PRC for number 3 and they ask me to come back next week and prepare about 2,300php for the courier cost. They will be the one to send the NMC forms. I asked my head nurse and nursing supervisor to fill-up the referral forms. I will ask a resident physician to fill-up the last one. Hopefully, I will be able to accomplish these forms by the end of next week. My plan is to let PRC send their forms separately and ask Omafil to sent no. 1, 4, 5 and 6 altogether. Anyway, I only asked for my school to have a photocopy of my TOR labeled as 'certified true copy.' Is that alright? I preferred the xerox because it is already available. Requesting for an original will take me two weeks and I can not wait that much for the TOR since November is the due date for my IELTS. Am I on the right track or am I missing something?? Thanks for all your help!! Oh, also, for those who are under KCH as well, do you have any idea whether KCH will sponsor the OSCE? And once you depart for UK, will you immediately undergo the OSCE or will we be exposed first in the UK healtcare setting, say, for about 3 months before taking the OSCE? THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU ALL!!

Hello Everyone! . Anyone here who is lined-up for King's College Hospital under OMANFIL? I applied as a neuro nurse and will take my CBT probably by first week of June. For my co-applicants out there please mail me at [email protected]. . Do I get it right? After the CBT, NMC will send you downloadable 'packs' which should be accomplished. Is it possible for me to get my hands on those packs even without CBT so I can prepare them and send it immediately to them after my CBT? Thanks a lot!!
