Hi everyone,
I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.

Thank you that is quite a relief. I already have this good standing certificate and only have to send them. How about my past employer/hospital there. Do they need to send something too? I have secured all of my COE from them already. Can I just send it to them myself?
You're welcome. í ½í¹‚ And these days they will ask you to send also your own copy of good standing for comparison. Since SCFHS sent a PDF file, I just downloaded it and sent it again as an attachment to the email. You can send the link and the PDF altogether.
With regards to your previous hospital, either your head nurse or your director of nursing has to fill up the form from the application pack.. and the sender should be your hospital/employer.

I think that would be hard for me because the HR company of my previous hospital is unreliable. It also hard for me to contact them since I am already in the Philippines. How did you do yours?

well, for one, you can ask your head nurse to fill out the forms. NMBI requires that the forms should be filled out by head nurse/nurse manager/nursing director. Second, you can also ask help from your friends there to talk to the above- mentioned authorities on your behalf. And if your hospital does not give out their company stamp/seal your head nurse can provide an explanation about that.
Are you currently working here in the Philippines?how long? Coz if you have been working here for 12mos and more, you can ask your current hosp to do it for you.

I worked in the Philippines for 2 years, then went to Saudi Arabia for 2 years until September 2016. I went home to review for IELTS since then, so I'm not currently employed. Can I just ask my previous employment which is here in the Philippines to fill up the requirement?
Hello rntrekker85, sorry for the late reply. I already received my decision letter last March 10th. I forwarded right away a scanned copy of my d/l to my agency then I was told to pay for my ATWS (work permit) which is also reimbursible. Right now, I am waiting for the start date from my employer so they could process the ATWS.
Are you allowed to open and check the forms if complete before sending it?Hi! Im sad to hear about what happened to your good standing..I also did the PRC Morayta-DHL Morayta but I was the one who claimed the forms from PRC then I went across to DHL just to be safe. Maybe that's what I would suggest to others who will request for the good standing and CCPS..
Hello guys! I also received my application pack 2 weeks ago and I completed the self-declaration form, the CCPS for PRC and training/education form and sent them via express mail. Now my problem is my reference form from my previous hospital and CCPS & good standing certificate for Saudi council. My co-worker is not replying to my messages. It's driving me crazy as the Saudi paper is the only thing that's keeping it from being finished. I do understand that they're very busy and we haven't really messaged in a long time then all of a sudden I'm bombarding them with paperworks. They may not be welcoming with it.
Is there anyone here who's currently in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who can help me? It would be nice if there's an office based in Riyadh that can just process the papers and all you have to do is pay and contact them to do the errands.
